• Deposits must be made from a mobile banking number registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be cancelled.
• If account verification (KYC) is not completed, your withdrawal may be delayed.
• A new withdrawal request cannot be submitted while one is already being processed.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳2,00,000 BDT — this may be increased for VIP members in special cases.
• D 111 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious transaction and may place a hold on it if deemed necessary.

D 111 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which are clearly communicated at the time the bonus is issued. However, some general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Wagering Requirement: Most bonuses require the bonus amount to be wagered a set number of times (typically 20x–35x). Withdrawals will not be available until this requirement is met.
• Validity: Every bonus has an expiry date. Any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited once it expires.

• No duplicate bonus claims: The same promotional bonus cannot be claimed more than once per person, household, address, device, or IP address.

• If your internet connection drops during a game, any bets already placed will remain active in the system. The data stored on the game provider's server is considered final.
• If a technical error results in an incorrect outcome, d 111 reserves the right to make the necessary correction.
• Odds in Sports Betting are subject to change. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at that moment will apply.
• In live games, the dealer's or host's decision is final.
• Any attempt to manipulate the outcome of a game on d 111 will be considered a violation of our rules.

In addition to complying with d 111's Terms & Conditions, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using d 111 for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
• Playing games or placing bets using bots, scripts, or any automated software.
• Exploiting any technical glitch or bug to gain an unfair advantage.
• Accessing or using another person's account.
• Attempting to hack or breach the security of d 111's systems.
• Opening an account using a false identity or fabricated information.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same household or address.
• Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage in games.

Breaching any of these prohibitions may result in d 111 immediately suspending your account, forfeiting all funds, and taking legal action where necessary.

D 111 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC).
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• At your own request (self-exclusion).
• Prolonged account inactivity.

Upon account closure, any remaining balance (provided no rules have been violated) will be returned to your registered mobile banking number. Bonus balances are non-refundable.
